What lessons have we learned about implementing self tracking as part of a personalized medical practice? I gave an Ignite talk (20 slides, 15 seconds each) at the Quantified Self Conference 2012 at Stanford University to discuss lessons learned so far about how best to use self tracking in the medical care of individual patients. The concept of a Quant Coach is introduced and placed into context.
