I gave a talk on the use of self tracking technology in cycling training at the UCSF Mini Medical School hosted by Medicine of Cycling on March 21, 2013. After reviewing some of the relevant concepts and technologies, I focused on how to integrate self tracking into a team-based training model, based on our experience with medically-supervised Quant Coaching here at My Doctor Medical Group (http://mydoctorsf NULL.com/quant-coach-program NULL.html). I also gave kudos to the Quantified Self community, and my friends at Lumoback. A mournful pause was taken in honor of favorite sleep sensor company Zeo, which recently announced that it is going out of business.
