I had the good fortune to make a presentation on “N of 1” trials, self tracking and personal experiments at the Medicine of Cycling conference 8/25/2012, held at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. It was a great audience and discussion afterward led to many ideas about how modern self-tracking technology could be applied to athletic training and the health issues experienced by competitive athletes.
